Qualifications

Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
-
RN license
-
BLS certification
-
Coordinate and ensure accurate admissions and discharges while providing excellent customer service

Provide quality nursing care and conduct daily resident assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans

Supervise and support nursing staff, monitor compliance with policies, and assist with staff education and performance evaluations

Administer medications and treatments safely, monitor drug interactions, and initiate emergency procedures as needed

Serve as primary contact for physicians, residents, families, and community guests to address questions and concerns
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care by reviewing reports and communicating changes in resident condition

Protect resident rights, privacy, and safety while promoting a professional image and addressing resident and family concerns
