The Qualifications We are Looking For From You:        
          
 
  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse license 
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Four or more years of leadership experience 
  • Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.
 
 Duties include:  
                 
  • Collaborates with MPN Managers and cross-functional teams to lead initiatives focused on:
    • Process and policy standardization across medical practices
    • Maximizing pay-for-performance incentives from both commercial and government payers
  • Partners with medical practice leadership to:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
    • Implement improvements in collaboration with technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams
  • Supports efforts to enhance billing processes, with a focus on:
    • Annual wellness care visits
    • Care management services
  • Continuously seeks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through process evaluation and redesign
