The Qualifications We are Looking For From You:
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required
- Master's degree preferred
- Four or more years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.
Duties include:
- Collaborates with MPN Managers and cross-functional teams to lead initiatives focused on:
- Process and policy standardization across medical practices
- Maximizing pay-for-performance incentives from both commercial and government payers
- Partners with medical practice leadership to:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
- Implement improvements in collaboration with technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams
- Supports efforts to enhance billing processes, with a focus on:
- Annual wellness care visits
- Care management services
- Continuously seeks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through process evaluation and redesign
