Job Summary
The COE Operations Excellence – JM role applies developing business process and project management skills to support initiatives within a business or technical specialty. Working under the supervision of a project manager, the incumbent manages small portions of well-defined projects while providing administrative, analytical, and logistical support to project teams. The position contributes to project planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments, developing knowledge in project management and business processes.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues; build capability to do this independently.
- Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and team members.
- Provide support in budget planning, expense tracking, and analytical research.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to project risk management by applying quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
- Support documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and performance measures; provide updates to project managers.

Qualifications and Skills

- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Internal Candidate Qualifications
- Engineering graduate with 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Lean Management.
