Coordinator, Admissions Systems
Reporting to the Director, Undergraduate Admissions, this role will serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce (JRM/TargetX) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System used in the recruitment and admission of prospective students. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Configuring, updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting all functions within the system, such as applications, web forms, events, rules, reports, and portals.
Monitoring and ensuring the integrity of system data.
Running weekly, monthly, and on-request statistical reports for the Enrollment Management division.
Running data lists for multiple electronic communications, both internally and through CU marketing consultants; provides data lists for print mailings.
Manages the coding and tracking of students through the admissions life cycle (prospect/applicant/enrollment); uses data to assist in the review and analysis of recruitment results and strategies.
Conducting training for staff who are users of the CRM.
Managing workflows and processes within the CRM.
Working internally with other offices and third-party vendors to transfer and integrate data resources between platforms and systems.
Following and promoting best practices.
Candidate must have knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Prior experience using Salesforce or CRM and an understanding of relational databases are expected. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
