Location: Leawood, KS

We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and central to delivering a great employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to partner for employee HR questions and guidance
- Manage payroll administration (run via third party payroll administrator) and benefits processes (including Paylocity HRIS)
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Keep policies, compliance, and reporting up to date
- Partner on onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR initiatives
- Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of HR experience (Manager/Generalist/Operations) or 3–5 years at the Senior Coordinator level with a growth mindset
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Paylocity a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law basics
- Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and process improvements
- High EQ and communication skills that build trust across all levels
