Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Boston branch located in Concord, NC.  In this position we are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a role in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and assist in maintaining customer relationships through administrative tasks.
  • Filing and departmental paperwork, update and maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
  • Receive and prepare vendor invoices for processing.
  • Process titles for trailers purchased in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and conformity to specific requirements.
  • Assist with account receivable and collections calls as need. 
  • Make calls to customers and vendors as needed.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices and handle cash and other payments. 
  • Oversee maintenance of required office supplies and equipment. 
  • With training, become proficient with other skills that support the sales administrative department.
  • Interface with all Hale Team Members, as well as other branch locations as needed.
  • Comply with the Company’s safety program, practices, and procedures
  • Other administrative tasks and projects assigned.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industry related office administration role. 
  • Experience in a truck trailer or heavy equipment dealership a plus. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have good computer and accurate data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office. 
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
