Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and assist in maintaining customer relationships through administrative tasks.
- Filing and departmental paperwork, update and maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
- Receive and prepare vendor invoices for processing.
- Process titles for trailers purchased in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and conformity to specific requirements.
- Assist with account receivable and collections calls as need.
- Make calls to customers and vendors as needed.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices and handle cash and other payments.
- Oversee maintenance of required office supplies and equipment.
- With training, become proficient with other skills that support the sales administrative department.
- Interface with all Hale Team Members, as well as other branch locations as needed.
- Comply with the Company’s safety program, practices, and procedures
- Other administrative tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industry related office administration role.
- Experience in a truck trailer or heavy equipment dealership a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have good computer and accurate data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
