Job Description
The Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant. This role will provide executive support to leaders within the organization including calendar management, meeting support, making travel arrangements, expense reporting, supply ordering, and various administrative tasks.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Serves as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments.
Acts as the executive's point of contact between internal and external stakeholders not limited to employees, executives, trustees, legislators, faculty, students, donors, alumni, and the public; ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information.
Manages office workflow, including meetings, calendars, agendas, and other logistical operations; coordinates travel arrangements and expense management for executives as needed.
Assists in the coordination of strategic initiatives in support of OIE leadership.
Monitor and order office supplies; place other orders as needed.
Backup support for administrative tasks for members of the administrative team (Concur, Panther Express, and other university systems).

Job Summary

Position is mostly sedentary, but may be required to travel on campus to meetings or events.
