Long-Lewis of Hoover is seeking a proactive, organized Administrative Sales Assistant to support our new and used vehicle sales departments. You’ll assist sales leaders with daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory updates—helping ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff. This is a hands-on role with growth potential for those interested in advancing into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules and meetings for sales managers and staff

  • Manage administrative tasks like reporting, document tracking, and inventory updates

  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, lot organization, and internal inventory control

  • Support internal communications, team meetings, and training prep

  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies and a customer-first approach

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • High attention to detail and task prioritization

  • Full-time availability, including evenings and Saturdays
