We’re excited to be expanding our supported employment and in-home services and are looking for a compassionate, dependable individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We are currently hiring a Lead Supported Services Professional in Grand Island, NE to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Lead Supported Services Professional, you’ll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in both in-home and community settings. You’ll support individuals in achieving their goals and living meaningful lives by assisting with daily living activities and skill development.

Professionalism is essential, as you’ll be entering the homes or work establishments of those we support. In addition to direct support, this leadership role includes responsibilities such as scheduling and billing.

Hours

• Evening shifts with every other weekend required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to pass all background checks

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience is not required — we will train the right candidate!

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $19 per hour

• Candidates with prior experience and a valid CNA license are eligible for higher compensation based on qualifications. NEW! CNAs earn CEUs while working as a DSP (thanks to the Nebraska CNA bill we helped champion!)
