Time Commitment and Remuneration
Approximately an 8 month-term from September 2025 to April 2026.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordinator (2)
- Manage social media, graphics, and promotions for events
- Help increase student engagement and visibility of DSC initiatives.
- Events Coordinator (3)
- Plan and organize student events throughout the year
- Work with the team to deliver fun, inclusive, and engaging experiences
- Plan and organize student events throughout the year
- Career and Outreach Coordinator (2)
- Build connections with alumni and professionals in the health field
- Organize career panels, networking events, and outreach opportunities
- Fundraising and Sponsorship Coordinator (2)
- Develop creative fundraising initiatives
- Reach out to sponsors and secure support for DSC projects and events
- Develop creative fundraising initiatives
- EDI+I Coordinator (1)
- Promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigeneity in DSC programming
- Advise on inclusive practices and support underrepresented student voices
- Promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigeneity in DSC programming
- Academics Year Representatives (3)
- Represent the academic concerns of Health Studies students in your year
- Act as a liaison between students and the DSC/department
- Year 1, 2, 3
- Represent the academic concerns of Health Studies students in your year
