  • Experience - 12-15 years’ relevant experience. Experienced, result oriented OEM Sales and Business development professional

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Budget planning / Business planning
  • Monthly Sales MIS preparation and review with management
  • Experience to develop New Customer
  • Win new business, tooling and development cost settlement, part price settlement.
  • Entry as second source, competitor awareness.
  • Increase share of business.
  • Experience to handle local and global customers.
  • Price correction claim settlement on account of raw material, forex.
  • Base price correction settlement on account of process cost, labor cost, electricity and other cost.
  • OEM Spares – price increase settlement,
  • EOP cost settlement
  • Obsolescence cost settlement
  • Payment collection
  • Arrange Tech-days
  • Products handled – Auto components & Engine components, Gaskets, Sealings, Heat Shields.

 

Experience to handle OEM Customers like - TATA Motors, Mahindra, Cummins, TATA Cummins, Force Motors, Bajaj Auto, Greaves, John Deere, FIAT / FCA, VW, KOEL. (Commercial vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Two wheeler, Tractors, Industrials )
