If you enjoy solving IT problems, supporting students and staff, and ensuring critical school systems run smoothly—this is a terrific opportunity to grow your IT career in a people-first environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the on-site system administrator and technical owner for classroom/end-user computing, testing environments, and athletics technology platforms.

- Architect, implement, and maintain endpoint management (imaging/MDM/GPO), security baselines, patching, and configuration standards across the fleet.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity/SSO, and role-based access; conduct periodic access reviews and compliance audits.
- Lead incident and problem management for the site: triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, post-incident reviews, and preventive controls.
- Plan and execute technology readiness for standardized testing (SAT, ACT, Regents/CBT): environment configuration, validation/certification, and day-of operational oversight.
- Own reliability for athletics technology systems (e.g., Score Vision, Athletic Live): integrations, monitoring, change control, and vendor coordination.
- Manage lifecycle planning and asset governance: specifications, procurement input, deployment schedules, inventory accuracy, and end-of-life strategy.
- Define and enforce site IT policies and security protocols; ensure compliance with school and Acture standards and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and direct external vendors and internal escalations; approve change windows and ensure service levels are met.
- Produce and present site technology health, risk, and capacity metrics; recommend improvements and budget priorities.
- Develop and deliver staff/student training; maintain knowledge articles and technical documentation.
- Adjust on-site presence to meet operational needs for after school and occasional weekend events by managing the weekly schedule to fulfill outcomes
