Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients engaging with Luxoft’s tech-driven solutions, including digital platforms and crypto-related services. You’ll provide excellent support while gaining exposure to some of the most cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy

• Provide guidance on digital platforms, financial applications, and crypto-related tools

• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate technical cases when needed

• Document all interactions in CRM and support systems

• Deliver feedback to improve customer experience and streamline service processes

• Support clients in onboarding and understanding blockchain/fintech products

Requirements

• 1+ year in customer service, call center, or support role preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Comfortable with digital platforms, mobile apps, and web-based tools

• Interest in technology, finance, or cryptocurrency is a strong plus

• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, crypto exchanges, or blockchain-related platforms

• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
