Establish professional and efficient action plans & follow up for each initiative.We are looking for a VIE Sustainability Project Manager to join L'Oréal DACH in Düsseldorf to work on missions such as :1)Orchestrate DACH roadmap activation and ensure execution excellence for sites & mobility•support & challenge ambitious roadmap creation•establish right governance• ensure execution of time binded action plans in line with 2030 strategy for DACH market• ensure result focus and best practices exchange• support & drive relevant decision process2)Performance monitoring & supervision of budget process• own & establish efficient & regular performance monitoring aligned with international teams• regular communication on progress of the whole program and the "L'Oréal For The Future Program" bonus targets• drive & coordinate efficient budget planning process for all relevant KPIs in strong cooperation with all stakeholders3)Cooperation with international teams• ensure efficient information flow with groups functional expertsAt L'Oréal we expect a level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit that will allow you to propose new ideas and work on projects that you are passionate about!
