About the VIE/International Assignment program :* The VIE program, is available to CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.*Due to fiscal reasons, applicants must not have worked in Germany before (internship, working student or job) and must not have German nationality! *Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide. ---So what will you do at L'Oréal DACH? We are looking for a VIE to join our Communication Team in the Luxury Division for the brand Armani. You will be responsible for supporting the team to managing the Media Activation of the brand in the context of Germany-Austria-Switzerland: Taking on operational and strategic tasks in the digital management o Asset selection and development of production plans for paid social and programmatic media campaigns. o Reliable interface management with agencies and internal service providers regarding the creation and adaptation of digital advertising material for various media channels on and offline. Media channels on and offline o Support in briefing, preparation, control and optimisation of digital media campaigns, retail media measures, online sampling campaigns and product tests in direct cooperation with the media and production agencies as well as exchange and coordination with the commissioned publishers and retail partners. Deep dive Analysis on campaigns and optimization recommendations o Evaluation, analysis and documentation of media campaigns for Armani. o Special projects such as detailed analyses of target group studies with regard to digital channels or similar. o Analysis of Sell out data to track the elasticity of media investments Advocacy Management o Contact to Influencer Agencies and selection of profiles that fit the brand o Influencer coordination: timings, content, assets and more o Analysis of Influencer KPIs and recommendations for best performing profiles o Event planning and coordination o Preparation of Press folders and Press roundtables Support new product launches & classical media o Support the product managers in the creation of new media assets to maximize Sell Out and awareness o Support the management of Print campaigns from asset creation to production plans until Scentseal management At L'Oréal we expect a level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit that will allow you to propose new ideas and work on projects that you are passionate about!
