ING Australia is on the search for Senior DevTest Engineer to join the team ! Reporting to the Chapter Lead test you’ll drive the development and continuous improvement of automated testing while leading quality delivery across projects through strategic planning and execution.

What you’ll do …
Writing and maintaining automated test cases and ensuring continuous improvement of the test automation practice
Ensuring the delivery of timely, quality solutions by leading the testing effort across projects, as required, through effective planning, scheduling, oversight and execution
Contributing to the ongoing quality of both delivery and testing capability
Taking a lead role in the growth of the test automation practice and promoting a quality culture.
Actively contribute to initiatives which support the growth and efficiency of the testing discipline
Contributing to the building of a talented, responsive test team.
What we’re looking for…
Over 10 years of end-to-end software testing experience across the full SDLC.
Expert in test automation using Java/C#, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and API automation.
Strong hands-on skills in SQL, JUnit, Maven, and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and TFS.
Proficient in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner.
Skilled in Agile methodologies with deep understanding of functional, regression, and acceptance testing.
Effective communicator and mentor with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
