Responsibilities
- Respond to internet customer inquiries
- Communicates effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by email, phone, or in person
- Satisfy the transportation needs of internet-generated customers
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Coordinates internet promotions with dealership management
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
- Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately
- Deliver new vehicle to customers
- Prospect on a day-to-day basis by email, phone, and person to person
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
