Description of the role:

The Automotive Service Advisor at Ozark Chevrolet will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with vehicle service needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians
  • Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive service advising preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
  • Valid drivers license
