What we need
Corpay Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven ReactJS Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of React and front-end best practices and will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and optimal user experience.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code and components.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Build reusable code and front-end libraries for future use.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code using best practices.
Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and UI issues across browsers and platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest React updates, front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Technical Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design techniques
Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and State Management libraries like Redux
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and integration techniques
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel
Version control proficiency using Git
Exposure to unit testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (preferred)
Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
