We’re looking to add a knowledgeable, motivated Outboard Motor Sales Consultant / Repower Specialist to our growing Grand Prairie team. What You’ll Do

• Deliver an outstanding experience for every customer—whether they’re purchasing a new engine or planning a full repower.
• Use your expertise in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other outboard products to guide customers to the best options for their performance needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Build lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong clients.
• Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and dealership goals.
• Proactively follow up with leads through our CRM to keep business flowing.
• Manage the full sales process with accuracy—from first contact through closing and after-sale support.
• Partner with service teams to ensure smooth, professional installation experiences.
• Stay up to date on the latest products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• Proven sales success, ideally in marine, automotive, or powersports.
• Strong knowledge of outboard motors and repower applications.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM or dealership management systems preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
