Main Responsibilities
1. Regularly report day to day activity related to ship operations starting from cargo receiving activities on board.
2. Report if there are any problems when carrying out shipping operations.
3. Check various documents, such as delivery documents, invoices, also other documents related to shipping operations.
4. Optimize utilisation of resources and prepare ship position updates.
5. Update relevant stakeholders on daily task such as: ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes.

6. Handling branch-wide commercial-related assignments.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements
1. Min. Bachelor degree from any majors.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (seafaring academy graduates are preferred).
3. Required Skill(s): manage shipment, export and import policy & law.

4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
5. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
