Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding of new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and documentation
- Prepare and manage engagement letters and billing support documentation
- Maintain and update client files and legal databases
- Liaise with clients regarding documentation and scheduling
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and coordination
- Draft board minutes and assist with transaction-related documentation
- Assist in the preparation of legal correspondence and reports
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstratable experience within a professional services/legal environment within an administrative role
- Understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive mindset
