Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential extension) and on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, reviewing inbound applications, and ensuring a smooth flow of candidates through the recruiting process. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing for early-stage, high-growth startups — bonus points if they have familiarity with the creator economy.

This is a part-time, contract role with the potential to convert into a longer-term or full-time position based on company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Implement a Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Process

  • Create a sourcing & pipeline process, gathering resources and leveraging existing tools to test on upcoming/ existing hiring requirements
  • Review backlog and fresh inbound applications across multiple roles and identify top candidates as needed
  • Source and engage passive candidates across multiple functions to ensure achievement of required sourcing targets and deadlines
  • Align with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles and requirements, to create role-specific hiring/evaluation criteria
  • Document and deliver a candidate sourcing & pipeline SOP for the internal ops team

Recruiting Support & Coordination

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate fit across most, if not all recruiting pipelines
  • Set up application process stages and templates for all roles using our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling between internal stakeholders and applicants
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records for upcoming and existing pipelines
  • Facilitate candidate <> Passes communication to promote a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition at a startup or high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and evaluate candidates across different functions.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS (interview scheduling, candidate tracking, email templates).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple pipelines at once.
  • Bonus: Prior experience hiring within the creator economy or digital media space.
