Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who thrives at the intersection of marketing and data. In this role, you’ll develop tools, processes, and visualizations that transform raw data into actionable insights—empowering marketing teams to drive growth, maximize ROI, and unlock underpenetrated consumer segments.
Build dashboards, tools, and visualizations to measure performance.
Analyze campaign effectiveness across multiple channels.
Conduct deep-dive ROI and performance analyses.
Automate scalable, data-driven processes.
Partner with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and measure results.
Support targeting underpenetrated consumer segments by surfacing insights on behavior and preferences.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or similar.
2–4 years as a Business, Marketing, or Financial Analyst.
Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and visualization tools (Looker).
Strong background in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce
Hands-on paid social or PPC campaign management experience.
