Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to scale and optimize our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) affiliate marketing program. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management of affiliate partners, drive performance across campaigns, and expand reach into new customer segments. You’ll be instrumental in turning affiliates into a powerful engine of growth within our broader acquisition strategy. Build dashboards, tools, and visualizations to measure performance.
Own and manage the DTC affiliate program, ensuring channel growth and profitability.
Build and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and influencers.
Develop partner-specific marketing and merchandising strategies to maximize performance.
Negotiate commission structures, placements, and partnerships that drive ROI.
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to develop compelling affiliate campaigns.
Identify new affiliate opportunities across underpenetrated consumer segments.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate marketing best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
3–5 years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs, ideally for a retail or e-commerce DTC brand.
Proven track record of scaling affiliate partnerships and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Proficiency with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, or similar).
Analytical mindset with experience using performance dashboards and attribution tools.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (2–3 days per week in-office).
Preferred
Experience with performance marketing and customer acquisition beyond affiliates (SEM, paid social).
Familiarity with merchandising and promotional planning.
Strong understanding of CAC/LTV dynamics in DTC.
