Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional HR Specialist to oversee Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Welfare, and Administrative functions in our McLean office.

This is a hands-on specialist role that combines Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Office Administration. The ideal candidate has extensive experience, is highly independent, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
This position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday (not hybrid or remote).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for U.S.-based positions (sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers).
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with U.S. labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage office administration, vendor relations, scheduling, operational support and more.
  • Coordinate closely with Israel HR Team.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to local leadership.


    • Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry).
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment within the U.S. market.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on execution.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a small office/startup environment.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries is a strong advantage.
