Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Multilingual Learner Programs, the District Assessment and Multilingual Learner Program Coordinator is responsible for the integrity, analysis, and management of multilingual learner data, including language proficiency, placement, progress monitoring, and compliance reporting. The Coordinator collaborates with district and site staff to develop data tools, generate reports, and support program evaluation, family communication, and newcomer intake processes. In addition, this position leads the coordination of CAASPP, CAST, AP, and district benchmark assessments by managing test security, maintaining timelines, preparing materials and analyzing results. This role requires strong technical expertise in data systems, effective organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to advancing educational equity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications - Education/Training Experience:
- Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience using various technology tools and software platforms such as Canvas, the Google Suite, spreadsheet software like Google Sheet or MS-Excel.
- Bilingual Spanish-English (preferred).

Classified Salary Schedule Range 144, Step A - $38.9 per hour
