We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle maintenance and repair process, providing clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with our technicians will ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns.
- Explain recommended services and repairs, including pricing and time estimates.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status, additional findings, and completion timelines.
- Process service orders, invoices, and warranty claims accurately.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, service procedures, and dealership promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Kia specific experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Technical certifications or experience with manufacturer service protocols is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
