Job Summary
The Global Logistics Delivery Associate is an entry-level professional role responsible for supporting global logistics operations. This position monitors and analyzes transportation and distribution activities, ensures accuracy of shipment data, and assists with compliance requirements for international trade. The Associate performs routine data analysis, prepares reports, and partners with cross-functional teams to help drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the global logistics network. With oversight, this role contributes to process improvements and the use of technology solutions that enhance logistics performance.
Essential Functions
- Monitors US inbound shipment ETA’s and tracking to maintain inbound visibility, updating ERP systems with revised information, and resolving routine operational shipment exceptions in coordination with internal sales operations and logistics teams.
- Supports daily transload operations by coordinating with 3PL operators, contributing to inbound forecasting activities, and monitoring carrier and transload adherence.
- Collaborates with planning and Partner Services to align on inbound priorities and executes accordingly.
- Manages operational Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN), including resolving exceptions, cleaning up shipment level, and creating ASN’s for products
- Maintains operational Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN) by entering and validating shipment details, resolving routine exceptions, and ensuring data accuracy for products destined to the US.
- Provides logistics department support through the preparation of reports, shipment tracking, and domestic shipment coordination.
- Responds to logistics inquiries from internal and external partners and ensures timely follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply, logistics, or related field preferred
- Less than one (1) year in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related field
Any equivalent combination of experience and education that clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exposure to ERP systems, TMS/WMS platforms, or logistics data tools a plus
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts (transportation, distribution, trade compliance)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data/reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently with guidance and to contribute as part of a global team
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Travel - up to 10% of the time
Base Salary: $59,040 - $65,600 yearly
This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
