AllSci’s AI and data platform radically improves R&D productivity and decision making and allows BD teams to instantly execute scientific due diligence on any asset or technology. POSITION
AllSci is seeking a Sales Manager to engage with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the US market. The position will be responsible for revenue generation, retention, and other duties assigned by senior leadership. The role will work closely with the product team for client feedback and product roadmap prioritization and with the executive team in developing sales strategy, pricing, and content.
The candidate should have experience selling data, software, and/or consulting services to R&D and BD teams at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The candidate should have a strong established network of relationships in pharma and biotech across R&D and BD.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (Base salary) annually, depending upon skills and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell AllSci’s platform to R&D and BD at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
Attend conferences and represent the company
Remote and onsite demonstrations of the AllSci platform
Post sales client service and relationship management
Work with executive team on business and sales strategy and pricing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in biotech, pharma, and academia
Provide feedback to product team and participate and product road mapping
Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance to senior leadership
Stay informed about industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales and leadership in pharma/biotech and/or academia and strong network
Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI as applied to pharma/biotech
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
On-site presence preferred; willingness to work in North Bethesda, MD
