We're seeking a dedicated Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining continued business growth for G&F, inventory pricing maintenance, being a key point of contact for customers, and voicing the customers’ needs to G&F’s internal team; monitoring and analyzing revenue trends, margins, and cost model changes (i.e. resin price changes); completing pricing updates on part-by-part basis based on this analysis; providing top level of service and relationship management to G&F’s customers; delegating routine transactions to team members as appropriate; completing business review on incoming purchase orders to ensure G&F profitability and customer satisfaction; evaluating business trends to ensure order volumes, margins, etc. match expectations; functioning as a liaison between internal G&F teams and the customer to ensure G&F’s challenges are effectively communicated while customer needs are met by the internal team; assisting with marketing activities, management of new leads, and vetting of potential opportunities, overseeing order entry process and support in strategic level challenges. Periodic, consistent travel to our Danvers, MA location is required.

Job Type: Full-time                                                  Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

Schedule: 

  • Day shift, generally 8a-5p
  • Monday to Friday

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales function in a manufacturing environment. 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in utilizing ERP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Have high level understanding of cost model for manufacturing process and business functions.

  • English (Required)

Work Location and Mode:

  • At G&F Precision Molding, we value teamwork and collaboration. This role requires employees to be onsite, at one location, five days per week.  

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fiskdale, MA 01518: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Periodic, consistent travel to our Danvers, MA location (Required)
