Summary/Objective 

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will report tot the HR Director and work with the team to execute HR strategies and programs across all stages of the employee experience. Candidates for this position should be solution-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and have an openness to learn. The role must effectively work in a complex environment, bringing an energy and enthusiasm to the function, and thrive on creativity that leads to enhancements of the employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, and supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience. Also help with internal transfers and offboarding processes to maintain efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support HR Operations: Maintain the integrity of the HRIS by processing new hires, employee changes, and generating reports, while ensuring data flows correctly between systems. Provide frontline support for employee inquiries and assist with administrative tasks across benefits, payroll, leave management, and performance management.
  • Learning and Development: Support associate development by helping facilitate training and development initiatives, coordinating logistics, and contributing to performance management processes. Assist with HR projects, needs assessments, and process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with compliance by supporting I-9 audits, EEOC reporting, and other regulatory requirements. Provide accurate data reporting and help administer HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across multiple HR functions and business units to support organizational goals. Partner with senior team members on projects and initiatives, contributing to change management efforts and business updates.

Required skills and characteristics:

  • High School Diploma 
  • Driven, versatile, proactive, analytical, intelligent, communicate effectively, and be familiar with principles of business.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong organizational and effective time management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. 

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Degree must be from an accredited institution.

  • Human Resources certifications (e.g., Professional in Human Resources) preferred.
