Wine Specialist en 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC

Drive wine sales in the store by providing exceptional customer service, answering wine-related questions and making recommendations.

Maintain knowledge of wines and stay abreast of changes in wine assortment.

Assist in executing floor sets, pricing, signage, promotional activities and other merchandising strategies according to Wine Manager directives.

Participate in the management of wine inventory to maintain adequate stock.

Follow established policies, practices and procedures including sanitation and safety guidelines. This includes compliance with all federal, state and local laws and maintaining a safe work environment.

Foster the brand image and reputation through impeccable personal presentation and attitude.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.
