Accounting Administrator – Toledo OH

Sofo Foods is looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our accounting and finance department in Toledo, OH. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in Excel and Power BI and basic accounting knowledge with the willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field. The ideal candidate for the position can handle meeting requirements in a timely approach to meet project deadlines. The expectation is that the candidate is a multitasker with great attitude and willingness to work in a team environment 

Responsibilities

  • Creating reports in Excel and Power BI for internal reporting.
  • Handle vendor deductions issues.
  • Reporting and analyzing the costing and pricing of product lines.
  • Handling of various banking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the accounting field is desired as well as knowledge of accounting concepts and terms. 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to create and understand financial reports and forms.
  • Strong in Excel and Power BI – Intermediate to Advanced skills.
  • Able to work with large volumes of data and attention details.
  • Able to evaluate complex situations, analyze data, and reach intelligent conclusions in order to deliver effective solutions.
  • Able to convey complex, technical concepts to others. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
