Your Role in Our Journey
As our Go-To-Market System & Automation Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, Hubspot and adjacent systems at Nelly. You’ll build and scale mission-critical infrastructure across the full commercial lifecycle — from first lead touch to customer success and revenue growth. Your work will empower Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management to move faster, act smarter, be more efficient and deliver more value to our customers.
This is not just about system configuration — it’s about building a strategic, scalable architecture that powers one of Europe’s most ambitious fintech-healthcare plays.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, build, and maintain our Salesforce architecture and integrations across the full GTM stack (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Hubspot, sales & marketing automations, billing tools, etc.).
Own custom development, automations (Flows, Apex Triggers), and third-party integrations that power business-critical workflows.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across objects, users, and workflows.
Continuously improve system UX for internal users (custom interfaces, layouts, lightning components).
Lead technical Salesforce projects end-to-end — from architecture to deployment to enablement.
Stay ahead of platform updates and innovations to keep our setup best-in-class and compliant.
What you bring
2-3 years relevant experience as Automation Engineer with high Go-to-Market exposure, ideally in a SaaS and/or Fintech context.
Expert in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, APIs, Flows).Solid understanding of Sales/Revenue Cloud architecture and automation best practices.
Track record building robust, scalable integrations across tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot, marketing platforms, BI tools, billing tools, etc.).Strong problem-solver with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Bonus: Salesforce Architect and/or Developer certification, experience with CI/CD and modern deployment pipelines, experience with Hubspot and/or Hubspot to Salesforce migration. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Fluency in English; German is a plus
