Education: Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency. Experience: Six (6) months of progressively responsible experience in public lifeguarding in an organized setting of young people is preferred. Special Requirements: Possession of valid certificates in the following areas: • American Red Cross - Lifeguard Training and CPR/First Aid/AED, or • American Red Cross - Water Safety Instructor
