Position Title: Executive Assistant
Reports To: President & Vice President
Location: Birmingham, AL
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and effective time management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data preparation as needed.
- Maintain files and documents
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Handle personal matters for owners
- Identify and resolve issues

Work Environment

Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
