Golden Dog Title is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers in our Houston, TX office. This position will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and receptionist-related tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS etc)Opens builder contracts in real estate closing software.
Monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
Maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated.
Send title docs out to lender/realtors.
Log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files.
Greet all incoming guests and obtain driver' s license/passport copies.
Clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual candidate would be a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
