Position Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead demand generation efforts for StrataTech Education Group. This role will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive high-quality, high-intent inquiries and improve conversion rates for our skilled trades programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive inquiry volume, quality, and conversion rates.
    • Apply expertise in speed to lead, speed to contact, and personalized lead nurturing strategies.
    • Lead paid and organic media strategies across major channels (search, social, streaming, broadcast, display, out-of-home, email, SMS).
    • Forecast, manage, and analyze marketing budgets, media spend, and ROI to maximize efficiency and performance.
  2. Team Collaboration
    • Partner with Admissions to align marketing efforts with recruitment targets and audience segmentation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Use financial and data analysis to guide decision-making and ensure marketing cost efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools (e.g., AI-driven search and marketing tools).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong expertise in lead nurturing, speed to lead/contact, and personalized marketing automation.
  • Experience with LMS, CRM platforms, and AI-driven search and marketing tools.
  • High financial literacy with experience in budget forecasting, cost analysis, and ROI reporting.

Work Environment:

  • Phoenix-based position with the majority of work able to be performed remotely.
  • Travel required to visit campus locations in Phoenix, AZ; Tulsa, OK; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas and Houston, TX; and Atlanta, GA.
