Lead the administration and continuous improvement of collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Miro, Exchange and comparable solutions.
Provide L2 operational support—troubleshoot escalated issues, resolve complex problems, and ensure optimal platform performance and user experience.
Evaluate new platform features and updates through technical assessments and pilot programs.
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to the management team on feature adoption, process enhancements, and technology investments.
Collaborate closely with vendors on new feature releases, roadmap planning, and aligning platform capabilities with business strategies.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for collaboration platforms, educating and supporting users across the organization.
Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for platform usage and support.
Monitor platform analytics and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital collaboration space.
Coordinate with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance, data protection, and risk management for all collaboration tools.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and supporting collaboration platforms such as Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Miro, or similar technologies.
Proven experience in providing L2 operational support and resolving escalated technical issues.
Strong technical skills in platform administration, configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Demonstrated ability to assess new features and technologies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Experience in collaborating with third-party vendors for feature releases, escalations, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
