Position Summary
The Quality Outcome Specialist is responsible for preparing quality outcomes and action steps for annual Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) using Charting the Life Course domains. This role requires analyzing data, updating task analysis, and providing both one-on-one and group training to staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare PCSPs for assigned caseloads using data, team input, and individual/guardian feedback.
- Analyze documentation to assess progress and make data-informed adjustments to strategies and goals.
- Provide staff training on teaching methods, task analysis, prompting, and prompt fading.
- Conduct Interobserver Agreement (IOA) reviews and on-site staff observations.
- Update task analyses, implementation strategies, and action steps as needed.
- Respond to data indicating the need for new teaching methods, adjustments in goals, or enhanced reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain DSP skills and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with ABiLITY policies, DMH regulations, and CARF standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDD, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.
- Analytical skills to evaluate progress and identify solutions.
- Experience in various teaching methods and comfort with training staff in both individual and group settings.
- Current CPR, First Aid, NVCI Systems, and Medication Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Chauffeur’s license preferred).
Pay
Starting pay: $24/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM
Occasional weekend/evening hours due to staffing/training needs
