WinnCompanies is seeking for a Cleaner/Porter to join our team at Polyclinic Apartments, a 151-unit residential property in New York, NY.
In this role, you will ensure all cleaning functions are in accordance with company standards. You will help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Please note that this position will offer a pay range of $26.75 to $28.72 per hour. Additionally, this is a union position and will be eligible for benefits provided by the union.
