Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing customs compliance into the supply chain processes for a regional or global business unit while applying discretion and judgement. The role maintains current business processes and performance metrics by collaborating with regional and global business unit Trade Compliance teams and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role supports priority projects and communicates requirements to the regional and global business unit Trade Compliance teams.
Coordinate and manage the workload of the Customs Compliance area. Provide adequate leadership to establish and maintain operational efficiencies and ensure confidence levels are achieved, and customer expectations are exceeded wherever possible.
Responsibilities
Is responsible for creating the discharge reports are the mechanism by which the company reports on the temporary import merchandise that they consume in the production processes, in such a way that by giving notice of the tariff fractions and amounts consumed into the Annex 24 system. Inventories controls of temporarily imported merchandise. It manages the catalogs of general and specific data of the products registered in the Annex 24 system. Check that the inventories of operations are destined for the corresponding customs regime. is responsible for analyzing and uploading Annex 30 to the SAT (Tax Administration Service).
