Hybrid Client Care Assistant en Ivcevidensia

Having just relocated to our brand-new facility with multiple wards. separate species waiting areas, state-of-the-art prep room, theatres and CT as well as spacious admin rooms and staff areas, we are now looking for a friendly and professional Client Care Assistant to join our team.

The role will be a mix of in-person reception duties, greeting and advising clients while in practice, as well as overseeing admin tasks and offering telephone advice behind the scenes.

Our Client Care Team are the face of the practice and offers a warm, friendly service to our clients. You will ideally have experience of working in a Veterinary environment or a similar fast-paced customer service role. Being able to multi-task, offer compassionate support, and have a warm, friendly approach to client care is a must.

The Hospital is located just one mile north of the A38 in Derriford. The Hospital has plenty of on-site parking and provides care to small companion animals 24/7, 365 days per yea,r with a dedicated Out of Hours service for our clients as well as other practices surrounding the Plymouth area. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, covering a varied shift pattern between 8 am - 8 pm across the week as well as some weekend work as directed by the Client Care rota, which ensures our clients' needs are taken care of at all times.
