- Provide 24-hour supervision and support in a safe, structured residential setting.
- Deliver Medicaid-eligible behavioral health services, including community support and case management activities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans through daily coaching, skill-building, behavioral interventions, and recovery-focused interactions.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompting, and community integration.
- Document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards using electronic health records.
- Monitor, assess, and report client behaviors and symptoms to clinical staff to support individualized treatment planning.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies to respond to psychiatric crises and maintain safety.
- Support a trauma-informed, person-centered environment that encourages residents’ engagement in recovery.
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to maintain required credentials and competencies.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
