Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible in performing full cycle recruitment (from creation to hire) primarily for all clinical and allied health positions; collaborating with management to determine and address staffing needs; implementing recruitment and retention strategies in coordination with the hospital’s strategic plan that successfully reduces vacancy and avoids interim labor costs/agency fees.

Licensure and Certification:

  • N/A

Education:

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business, communications or other related discipline preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years recruiting/sourcing experience for non-exempt and exempt level positions in a mid-sized hospital or healthcare company.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong time management/prioritization skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility and willingness to support multiple functional areas.
  • Strong candidate and employee assessment skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills – high energy, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong skills in usage of technology, including, Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
