Job Summary
The MTSS Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Program Lead plays a vital leadership role in advancing a districtwide Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) through the integration of high-quality social-emotional learning, mental health services, and wellness initiatives. This position serves as a key liaison between district leadership, school site counselors, community partners, and third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of coordinated, effective, and culturally responsive support systems for students.

* Must be available to work designated evenings and/or some Saturdays when leading and supporting community outreach events.
* Administrative credential preferred but not required.

+ $2,000 for MA or $2,250 for Doctorate
Comments and Other Information
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in education, social work, health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Experience coordinating comprehensive program activities in a school/academic setting is preferred.
* Administrative Services Credential preferred but not required.
* At least 3 years of experience in school-based mental health, SEL implementation, or MTSS leadership.
* Experience working with or overseeing grant-funded programs, including billing and documentation practices is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to lead committees, facilitate professional development, and manage cross-site initiatives.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, culturally responsive SEL frameworks, and crisis response protocols.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
