What You’ll Do:
Prepare fresh ingredients and follow established recipes to create La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods.
Produce items with consistency, speed, and care to meet daily production goals.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and enthusiasm for La Madeleine’s signature pastry offerings.
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.
Successfully pass recipe and food quality assessments to ensure product excellence.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in pastry or baking is a plus but not required.
Ability to read and follow recipes with precision.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
